The first stage of carpet production with an output capacity of 53 million square meters annually.
The department is equipped with the latest machinery and has the ability to do loop piles, cut piles, loop-cut piles, multi level tufting and full repeat pattern.
Printing
MAC Carpet has adapted the latest generation of a highly versatile printing technology technically known as "JET printing", among this technology's advantages is that it enables us to produce the lowest production minimum runs in the industry today (as low as 500 m2), and achieve maximum dye penetration into the highest and most dense piles and also the highest printing resolutions. We are currently printing up to 24 colors + white.
